  • Marinate the chicken with mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, garam masala, chili powder, and lemon juice.
  • Close with a plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Put the instant pot in sauté mode. Add equal quantities of ghee and butter. Add whole garam masala spices, ginger garlic paste, caramelized onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and tomatoes, and let them sauté well. Add needed salt.
