#1. Milk Ice-Cube – The best natural moisturizer for the face. Bursting with antioxidants, it acts as a natural exfoliator, which enhances the skin complexion and imparts a healthy glow.
The Process: Mix ¾ cup milk with ¼ cup water. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
#2. Green Tea Ice-Cube – Green tea is abundant in antioxidants, the perfect antidote to early signs of aging, pimples and dark circles.
The Process: Soak two tea bags of green tea in one mug boiled water. Leave to brew till the tea cools off. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
#3 Lemon and Cucumber Ice-Cubes – Both ingredients are full of antioxidants which naturally cleanse and brighten your skin.
The Process: Blend 3-4 cucumbers and add juice of ½ lemon. Mix and pour into ice cube trays, then freeze.
#4 Strawberry Ice-Cubes – Strawberries are known to slow down the aging process, prevent acne, improves skin complexion, lighten dark lips, treat sagging skin and reduce puffiness…just to name a few…
The Process: Blend a few strawberries, 1tsp olive oil and 1stp honey. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
#5 Tomato Ice-Cubes – Tomatoes are beneficial for lightening the skin. Suitable for all skin types, as they are extremely soothing.
The Process: Blend a few tomatoes with 1tsp olive oil and 1tbsp of honey. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
#6 Beetroot Ice-Cubes – Beetroots are extremely beneficial for acne and leave you with soft, pink glowing, ageless and spotless skin.
The Process: Add 2-3tbsp of milk to grated beetroot and blend. Strain and pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
